A dialysis center is only as good as its water. We started in medical water purification in 2011, so we build the whole loop, not just the walls.

  1. 01Design and permits

    Layouts planned around Department of Health licensing requirements from the first drawing: patient flow, isolation, infection control.

  2. 02Construction and fit-out

    Run by our own licensed civil and electrical engineers and a master plumber, with a dedicated health and safety officer.

  3. 03Dialysis water treatment

    Reverse osmosis systems and the pure-water loop that feeds every station. This is where we started, in 2011.

  4. 04Dialysis equipment

    Hemodialysis machines supplied and installed with the water system, so one team answers for the whole treatment loop.

  5. 05Wastewater treatment

    Advanced Oxidation Process treatment plants that clean what leaves the building before discharge.

From water systems to whole facilities

Medikonstruk Inc. began as the Building Design & Construction Division of Medconasia Inc., the medical water purification company, and became its own company in 2019. Today we design and build dialysis centers, clinical laboratories, clinics and hospital units, as well as homes and commercial spaces.

More than 100 projects later, we also supply dialysis equipment and build wastewater treatment plants, so one team answers for the building and everything that runs inside it.

The company is led by President & CEO Mr. Ronaldo J. San Juan, who has also headed Medconasia Inc. since 2011.
